Dear CafeMom Studio, I love your workouts! I do the core strengthening and the Sculpt a sexy butt and thighs every day. I have a bellyflap and I know only surgery ( which I can't afford ) can make that go away. I'm now trying to sculpt my body the way I would like, so I will feel less insecure about the belly flap as long as it's still there.. You guys are doing an awesome job! Way to go!

This is the best workout I've ever seen and tried in my life. I'm no mom, I'm 16, but it's really great to do this workout every day. :D

This is a great workout! My butt hurts already in one workout!! And I work out regularly! Also loved the band workouts too!

Great workout! The last time i did this one was many months ago, then have been doing other daily workouts. I forgot just how tough and effective THIS one is... love it! Thank you Chana, for an awesome routine, I plan to make this a regular!!

I wish you wouldn’t clip the videos I have to keep pausing them to get into position after you’ve edited them. Otherwise love these workouts!

I love to stay fit,but nowdays I feel like soo lost.My menopause started when I was 38 , now I'm 45 and gain lots of weight.Not to forget that I feel really tired.I weight 80 kg and just wish to get back where I used to be.Really need help!Thank u, and God bless!
