hey dude, amazing sculpt, I was wondering, coz im about to get into clay scuplting (i sculpt a lot in 3d like in zbrush etc) so im doing some research, is there any particular reason why you dont make wire frame for it at first? I see it move a lot and holding its desired position, woudnt that wire be helpfull with that? Or theres something i dont know?

Hey I was thinking of trying to record something like this. I’m nowhere near your level but I figured I’d give it a try. I’m wondering how do you sculpt with the camera in front of you? To me it seems like it would get in the way and feel annoying. Awesome sculpture btw!

it is really well done and the details pop out stunningly i had to laugh though when i saw the ( After seven hours) part xD it is pretty challenging going from imagination since you have to puzzle the different anatomical parts together i have my own challenges with them - i noticed you didn't use a wire fixture probably since you were making this piece by imagination only and didn't have a concrete pose idea which makes the whole piece even more amazing i still would have used a wire if myself would have made such a piece since it wouldn't look anything close to your character xD it would probably end up in the bin haha xD
@Stecca.4 жыл бұрын
That's right. I didn’t make a frame because I had to move the sculpture and look for a pose that I like. In general, my sculptures do not last long, I take them apart, and all the clay goes for the next sculpture
