@@INFJ-ThaneTr I have, not in this game though. Old Borderlands 2 days. So many tutorials on how to get a norfleet (strongest RPG in the game), *while including a norfleet* in their character build on how to kill the boss for a chance to obtain it.

From my experience, bows with silencers will trigger spawn after 3-4 shots therefore you are better off using melee weapon instead. Now fuse estimate time is based on 100% quality fuse, so if a percentage is worn subtract the missing percentage from time. If you are low on fuses, set a count down on your watch to know when it's time to get out so you don't get locked out forcing you open doors manually.

Yup, the bow I also found too loud. It's only useful for 1 shot slicers or pulling 1 puppet. I did notice that the fuse quality impacted time, which is interesting and obviously makes sense. 🙄

Thank you for this walkthrough by far the best one. I didn't know you can pause then continue when manually opening the doors. Now I can take my time and not worry about power running out on the first floor just so I can panic then die.. Haha

With the current puppet glitching, I wouldn't say it's easy, I would say it's doable. Thanks for the comment. I mainly did this because people told me if i didn't have 7str a katana and a gun I couldn't do it haha. Had to prove the haters wrong.

Yeah, you can, but I didn't want to waste more time with it. It helps a bit. I'd suggest melee only on basic settings.

you kill puppets, make a improvise bag. you can carry more out. Other than that, great vid.

Absolutely, crafting an improvised bag is a handy trick for carrying more, but there are some trade-offs. Holding a bag means a slower reaction to puppets, razors, and especially players. You're practically signing a death wish if you leave with a bag in hand during PVP encounters. Dropping it creates noise, potentially spawning a razor if the weight exceeds 20kg. It can also instantly aggro Brenner if downstairs when the bag gets over 35kg. This is a guide, so I've prioritized techniques for safety. With safety in mind, I prefer triple-carrying weapons. While I now confidently run with bags, dragging one, it's crucial to showcase that even for beginners, it's possible to navigate without good gear, advanced skills, or extensive knowledge. Once you make it to the end of the first level, there is another switchboard on the side of the wall that you can use to disable power and save it for the way out.

Yeah, that was the first week of it coming out. I was still figuring it out. Somebody told me at the time it still depleted the fuse. But I shortly found out after that by just testing it. Though I know a lot of people like to sit down during a restart to double load their modules so if you do this you'll always be going up with no power.

Absolutely great video. I've seen so many people complaining about how bad and worthless these bunkers are, but they look very fun and seem to be a good change from the way I've normally played over the years. Here's to trying out the update myself once I finish Baldur's Gate 🤣

Thank you very much for your comment, I do appreciate it when the viewers take time to provide feedback. As for people complaining, it's always going to be that way. Often, when something is too difficult, we think of it as stupid, mainly because we are unable to utilize it, thus making it useless. These bunkers are FAR from useless as they carry the best weapons in the game and all the materials you'll need to get them. It is a struggle to do, but one worth it from my perspective. @@palfy205 I thought that everyone understood that these bunkers were intended to be something that is difficult and required some effort to successfully go through. Many people would say it is end-game, and whilst that is probably true, you have definitely shown that with enough skill and dedication, it can certainly be done even without being geared to high heavens. I just think a lot of people expected this to just be bunkers with a new hacking mini game that they can just easily shoot their way through like normal.

No one goes to the bunkers on my server. You can only go nice and slow and there's plenty of puppets .. takes forever to run them safely. Never seen anyone go past the 4th door and not retreat from the bunkers. Devs did good on slowing people down with these bunkers

Yeah. Watch one of my live streams on running those bunkers' fast modes. It's pretty funny! I got a new server Gamers' United for PVE if you want a fun challenge with lots of puppets and higher damage

@palfy205 sounds like my server. We have 400 world zombies max 420 plus suicide and mech with 4.3 loot z damage is like 1.8 or 2. You get hit the whole screen is red lol . Orginally one hit gave you c2s or better but no one would stay .... lmao

I'll most likely be returning to meat grinder as I found it was a more intense hard-core experience than Skinny. But until they fix ouooet spawns and collision I wouldn't go downstairs in these bunkers on any hard-core server due to the spawn rates severely affecting how they get stuck

The only thing i dont like in this game is how you can change the movement with scroll wheel. wish you could use shift to run and still control walking speed with scroll like tarkov

I get your point about using shift for running like in Tarkov. In this game, there are three distinct movement types, each requiring its own toggle or hold key for jogging and running. While it may seem a bit tricky initially, the scrollwheel functionality took me some time to get used to, but I find it to be more versatile in various situations. What are your thoughts on the different movement options?

@@palfy205 I really think some of the movement could be toned down. Some of the jumps your character can do are border line super hero stuff. I've only got like 150 hours in this game. I didn't even know there were key binds to change movement speed other than the scroll wheel

Addressing the issue of hitting through walls might be complex because it could be tied to a crucial game mechanism. Removing it hastily might have unintended consequences on other aspects of gameplay. Developers are likely working on a comprehensive solution to ensure a smooth gaming experience overall. Mesh blockers could be a fix, but you have to add these to every item, asset, and player.

When I try to hit depo, he always come straight to top floor after just one alarm and sometimes doesn't even go back to armory, one time he stood right on the stair case and then ate my friend when we tried to Un stuck brenner so we could go deeper

That is a downside to the game. Camping can be a horrible waste of time and energy. There are a few methods around this, baiting them into combat by luring them into the bunker or leaving a side door open and hiding in there right after, but I sneak out to the main door and just sit waiting to listen for others. Outwaiting can be boring, but eventually, they'll either commit to entering leave thinking you disconnected or something. That's why I play on the PVE server with PVP zones Gamers' United. You know when you want to PVP and when you don't.

@wildman8712 of course, we knew they made it quieter but did not bring them into abandoned bunkers as we were unsure of what level of noise attracted the monsters inside. Honestly, now I run without a bow, and an UMP or MP5 works better than the bow and gives you something better in PVP for close quarters. Thanks for the history lesson, though. 🙂

I've done this in many streams. You can find all that stuff on 1.0 in an hour easily. If you can't find a bat the meat cleaver is way better. But I've done bunkers with 15m of gear. Just need a bow and some arrows. You'll find everything else inside. I'll say look harder, lol. I find multiple thread or fishing reels in the first hour, and puppets drop bone needles. Easy stuff, bro

I got frustrated with scum when hackers ruined my game about 5 months ago. I was mad and Uninstalled the game. Just came back into the game on the same vanilla server. I find the loot has changed dramatically for the worst. Steel needles everywhere. No thread to be found. In my mind anything craftable that is improvised should be able to be made somewhat easily. I find it odd that it is easier to find a bag than to make one of the top two capacity improvised bags. And it all cones down to one resourse. Thread . And it's highly rare nature currently. Also one puppet hit will take 20 percent off a clothing item easily. Try and make an improvised stab proof vest.. the recipe won't work unless the components are pretty much 100% I think they want us to buy everything

@martine3214 it does feel that way sometimes. I edited some loot on my server to make it a bit nicer, but you should still be finding a thread around. I found 4 lots of it doing one town. My server, Gamers' United, is where I have all my fun. Mainly PvE with PvP events and areas. No hackers here! Welcome back to SCUM sift through the initial defenses to obtain the goods, my man.
