you can also do Events

events are good if the pop on the server is regularly joining them and you need to place top 3 with a fair few kills to get enough fame to get it quick

honestly you're better off crafting CRAP ammo, it could be costly but it's a lot more faster and efficient

for people new to servers they often don't have the cash to buy all the materials to craft it and there are no workbenches in the safe zones (official) so if they are using the b4 one it is a hotspot to kill people crafting ammo there fishing tuna is cheap and depending on the server can make you money and is really afk and has zero risk of getting killed and loosing the fame before you can buy what you need
