Remember guys, this is by no means a "un-raidable" base - it is just more difficult and more expensive to raid, which will most likely have raiders rather hit another target unless you pissed somebody off lol. Use this concept in your own base, adapt it so it works for you.

You need over 100 frags to destroy one sand barricade, and you can place 3... You can also destroy them with a M80, but you would need 300+ rounds. This base is not "unraidable", it just makes raiding a whole lot harder and a hell of a lot more expensive...to the point where some raiders may choose to not even try

good concept you could probably reduce the c4 cost by half by placing the c4s correctly. Tested and it took me 12 c4 to get through, still a shit ton of c4 ain't no one wasting 12 c4 to get through.

And as far as unraidabke base what u do is make it to we’re u have to climb up to get in ur base , then u have to buil something every time u want to get in ur base just destroy the item once u jump up . They can’t get in because they can’t build anything to jump up on , so that mean they only way into ur base is to c4 ur way in . So the sandbag wall I was talking about , u could easily make a 10,000-15,000 hp wall

What’s way cheap and strong but doesn’t look as nice . When u do two rows of sandbag 2 high then put stairs in between them . I think the stairs are 3000hp and one sand block is 1000 hp so that means u would have a 5000 hp wall and all the resources are local .

While I do like your honey comb type walls as it is really strong there is one big flow. Instead of bringing the car to the window to drop the C4 just lay down on the car and crawl in... and you are in. Although this can easily be corrected if you put a second sand block on top of the first one if it lets you? Best way to correct it is by building your honeycomb-type wall on either side of the window to force them to use more C4/BMG. Great concept otherwise :)

Hey man, you can not crawl through windows... There is a "invisible" wall for a lack of better words that is only passable by vaulting through. There is no way of crawling through. You are welcome to get in touch with me and Ill show you :)

I've raided a few bases that used that technique before but it seems that window doesn't let you crawl in even if you don't even have a block on the inside and it's the same for the other windows of that same house on other part of the map too... what a bug... i've crawled through windows in other type of houses in the city and other places around the map but this one is messed up...

With how big and empty most of the map is, for the poi's to reuse assets is bad. They should focus more in base building it could be so good.

Yes, it takes one toolbox and 3 scrap metal so it is really cheap for what you get. I am not counting the rags you need because there is a endless supply of that.

You are correct. This is for people who play on private servers where it is allowed. 99.9% of private servers you are allowed to do this - including our server :)

Hey man :) Well... I quite frankly don't agree with them. This is a video game, and as long as the game allows something, people will do it. An exploit is something that negatively impacts gameplay in my opinion - like grinding XD with macros, and the old fame points trick with an empty toolbox - this right here is nothing more than a way of building, to protect you against a broken, or at least incomplete raiding system.

idk man, i don't think the devs intend for it to cost 24 c4 to break through what essentially equates to one layer of wall. at one point does something become so difficult that it is considered impossible? If it cost 1000 c4 to break something through legitimate means of building, would it be considered unraidable? On official servers, nobody would ever come close to having 1000 c4, so i think that would make it unraidable.

A good squad can very easily get 20 C4 in a week, it is not difficult at all. This design merely gives smaller squads a fighting chance against larger squads who go around raiding everybody.

​@@OGJustJack dude you're absolutely kidding yourself. A good squad of 10 on an official server that isn't using alt accounts, and that isn't exploiting keycard drop by leaving squad? There is absolutely no way to gather 20 c4 in 1 week, you are completely wrong and insane if you think so. Packed c4 only comes from killboxes and VERY rarely - air drops. You cannot farm it from puppets. So to gather 20 c4 completely legit, that would require at least 60 days of farming assuming a 100% drop rate in killboxes which is laughable (also assuming somebody is playing religiously, ALSO laughable), I see a 50% drop rate at best but i'll estimate to your advantage, so 90 days to gather just the packed c4 requirement. Sure, the other stuff a 10 man could farm up in a week easy but that packed c4 requirement is a hard stop. I mean, with this you're basically forcing people to exploit keycard drop to raid. So, yeah devs need to either fix this and make c4 splash all parts fully and equally, or this needs to be added to the exploit list. Also, you're double wrong if you think 10 man squads won't build their bases with this lol. But, thanks for making a video on it so we can have dev cast an official vote on what to do.

So report the video to the devs if you dont like it mate. Squads 100% exploit key card drops, so it is 100% possible and people do actually do it. If you want a game where everybody plays fair and by the rules absolutely - Scum is probably the wrong game for you. It is possible to get this amount of C4 fast, we have done it. This gives players a fighting chance against those squads. I am not arguing with you about this here, if you wanna chat get in touch with me on Discord and I will call you.

@@OGJustJack right right, an eye for an eye. yep already passed it off and case by case when i see it, i'll also report it to server admins to have the whole base wiped - that's the actual dangerous part about this. You should highlight this to avoid wasting peoples time: don't build unraidable bases with or without exploits or you risk it being wiped by server admins.

@@cosmic5823 since you don't support this, you're probably one of the toxic types who find solo players on servers and bother them by camping for hours. When you are fighting alone against teams of 4 or 6 on a crowded server, you may need to balance some things at least in terms of base. If I had a team of 4 people, I would set up a base that was open to attack anyway.

@@tiborch well by patch notes, there are few blast radius, lowest blast radius of C4 is 3m so best way to set it is around 2m of wall, second thing is to be exactly in middle of 2 wall for most damage on bouth walls, even if there is lvl4 wall and rest you can do by "hand" to destroy it, You can always go to single player, set god mode and test it any way you want, but as i tested it, this is most efficient way. If in miltiplayer server best option is to go into half a base and then in middle put c4 to maximase damage of all walls around or a whole base you are raiding

Hey man, this is in D0, directly east of the large POI in the upper, righthand corner, under the bunker. This house is east of the main entrance of the POI, across the road.

This concept can be replicated in most houses - you just need to make sure you have 1 window to use as your entrance, and wall off the rest. There are quite a few of these specific houses, though. You should be able to find one in every sector.

Hey man, yes - depending on a few things you would need between 110 and 130 rounds to destroy it. You can build more base blocks inside (attached to the box we use to clip the other ones onto) to make it more expensive. Like [TSP]Thof mentioned - another alternative is the platform method where you use the top window as your entrance - the issue with this is, you then have no way to effectively secure the bottom window because you need room for the platform. Another issue I personally have with platform builds is that unless you go to some serious lengths to cover yourself, every time you enter your base you are exposed to snipers because your walls do not cover you. We have raided a number of these bases by just killing the owner as he enters his base, then starting the raid. If you add more base blocks inside, you can increase the cost to about 300 m80 rounds. Combine this with you sitting upstairs repairing the flag as they try to enter and nobody is getting in.

@@OGJustJack Thanks for the reply, I figured it out though. As soon as I put either the locks or the window fortifications on the puppets stopped spawning inside. Good location btw, took me a good few hours to figure out where you set up. I also like the snow area but going to go a bit more risky and build in one of the bigger snow town, easier access to food and all. Your build has given me the confidence to do it! Also, I figured out how to place the base block so you can still Fill it from outside, without it being susceptible to C4.

I can not think of any locations at the moment as I am no longer playing Scum - but there are a few around the map. Just make sure the window you use does not have a accessible window above it, and also that the ground inside and outside the building is the same level - then you should be fine. So..i havent finished your video yet but..i have found a big flaw..I just put a new video on my youtube showing this but with the M82 Barret 50 cal I can literally just shoot threw the walls..I raided a base and got through like 6 walls and totally destroyed cabins in 1 trip

@@OGJustJack Not really..i have a new video in my youtube and literally with just the ammo on me shoot and break 4 layers of walls 2 whole cabins and a advanced windo fortification..the crazy thing about cabins and layers of walls is that the rounds go through multiple layers of walls or they will hit the cabin wall and go through the other side..so it damages the cabin twice and still goes through the wall behind it

​@@OGJustJack The devs made changes so flags couldn't be built inside buildings, same with the base blocks. You've basically found a loophole so nice job. They can fix this soon so it won't work anymore. I'll make sure to report it asap. The wall idea is good. I don't personally call them troy walls but I've done something pretty similar that at is significantly more efficient in terms of materials needed and resources needed to destroy them. Keep scumming m8.

Also though, the devs dont do anything on official. Official servers are pretty much lawless nightmares. They dont regulate official at all. Ive literally seen entire sectors walled off.

I've personally always played on private servers because officials are a nightmare - and I've always been able to build in prefab houses etc. Im not showing people anything game breaking, I am trying to show players how to not get raided as easily as they can currently - because agree or not, lockpicking is broken. You can literally have 100 doors with gold locks and zappers and some squad will still fly through them. I understand where you are coming from - but its not like I am showing people how to build unaidable bases (which I could), or show them how to build 50m up, midair. I am helping people use a broken game mechanic to combat a broken game mechanic.

Yes, x 3 (cause you can place another intron of the window and another on the inside by the door) and then plus 160 for a window barricade if you place that... which will give you 520 .50 BMG rounds just to get into the base - which is a whole lot better than just a few locks I think :)

You can either set of 3 separately (which gives the defender a chance to repair) or you can place 3 at the same time, and it does the full damage of the 3 C4 - destroying the wall. This has been the case for a while now. As for the secrets XD, I wont spill all of them, but Ill spill most seeing that modular base building is around the corner I believe.
