Personally, i think clem being a “scumbag” in season 2 lines up quite nicely with her character arc. She’s been living in a zombie world for nearly 2 years. Wouldn’t be that far fetched if she becomes hardened and intimidates, fights or kills anybody who’s trying to harm her. Badass clem is the best clem.

I think I'm the only one that didn't feel any remorse regarding that dog. Especially considering that Clem only did what she did out of self defense. I understand that the dog was hungry and it was careless of Clem to approach a clearly starving stray dog, but once it attacked that viciously, put it down. I thought the game was really leaning into make your own story type beat and for Most dialogue options I just picked whatever would get me to go alone and not with the group.. trolling Rebecca 8s very fun tho.

In season 3 I kinda want to see Clem temporarily lose her hat. I mean, it's a HAT. She's had it glued onto her since Lee found it for her back in season 1. She's bound to drop it eventually. Anyway I think it could be a good emotional scene if she lost her hat after being cornered by Walkers or something. It would give some friendship building if Javi helped her get it back after she explains why it's so important. That's just a thought though. Probably won't happen

We play games to enjoy them and assume the role of the character we are. All the people crying about the dog should stfu. No I'm not one of those people who say "YES IT DESERVES TO SUFFER MAKE IT DIE MISERABLY" but I will say that it is a video game where we are meant to take the role of Clementine. Considering the circumstances and situation she's in, any way someone chooses to deal with the dog is up to them.

***** Not sure if you understand my point, there are people who are both doing this while morally correct or incorrect. There is no black and white in dealing with this dog, wrong and right. I'll say some people deal with the dog badly have bad reasons but there people who do it for legitimate ones. They aren't any more wrong than the people who kill it. What if someone who is a veterinarian comes along and saves the dog, but couldn't because people chose to put the dog out of its misery? Then that would mean its life ended instead of being saved. You don't know if someone comes along or not but you deny the dog that chance by killing it. There isn't a right or wrong.
