why was it so important that he dropped the hatchet? I guess it distracted parasite for 1 second, but why was the play so big? I thought that the hatchet might've then prevented para from getting an item from the cour, but we didnt see anything like that happen

Ehy did grinex hatchet drop? Didn't get it was it so that para would atack move and hit the hatchet instead of him? :O

(Note that Grinex has a full inventory 3:08) The main reason for Grinex dropping an item and heading for the shop, was to trick the enemy into believing that he was going to buy something; or even, for the less aware, that he was going to buy a TP and try to teleport to safety. This move split his opponents and gave Grinex a good advantage over each of them.

Johannes Allakir first of all there is no way a level 7 parasite has full inventory, second the courier deliveried mana ring..and third no sir he didnt try to tp he was waiting for his cd and used mana ring

it meant that parasite wasnt following right behind him, allowing him to invis while in fog and therefore making parasite run left towards the shop because that's where he last saw him, allowing for enough time to pick off nymph while para was out of range.

Just perfect timing. Ophelia activated her skill that teleports an allied hero back to base. Dark Lady used her skill right when she got teleported back, so it still activated all the way from base.

I agree, It'd be awesome if parasite couldnt get something important because the inventory space was blocked, and then because of that Grinex won or maybe if grinex then picked off the courior and got a free bottle or something, but the hatchet drop seemed kinda useless.

I think the point in that is Para thought he didn't have a slot and dropped Hatchet to buy a TP. Therefore Para went to shop when Grinex killed Nymph.

There is no big play there, Lodestone comes in after a teamfight he should have been part of in the first place. You can tell from the clip it was a 5v4 mid and Lodestone tp's way late. I'd say Rally+Engi was actually a much better play. Rally tps in first as the tank, eats a bunch of damage, and does essentially the same thing.
