Anthony Calderon true, but when you buy a house and have to buy everything for it, plus all the expenses of home ownership... it gets to be a lot coming out of your account at once. Then having to pay every month. I bet he’s not use to paying homeowners insurance, HOA (if he has one), and ALL the utilities. It’s not like apartment living where they cover water/sewer or even gas. He’s pay electricity (which is probably a lot for his big house), water, sewer/trash, electric, internet, cable, gardeners... etc. it sucks. Plus pet expenses, food, groomers, vet visits for checkup and yearly shots... etc. So if he tries to save a few hundred dollars, I totally get it.
