The Bans are either due to the forensic analysis of pure amazing and higher caliber headshot kills you would get from aim bots, combined with live reporting from other players for cheating and via the interface the risk analysis scores are over the threshold allowed and then deemed as cheating till further analysis due to complaints. Perhaps. Perhaps not?!?

Youre 100% shadowbanned, if someone even breifly mentions they think youre cheating then you can assume they are spam reporting you and after that next lobbies ade garunteed cheater lobbies. Happens all the time

imma say this for the last time... shadow ban is NOT a real thing... people said it as a term of a soft ban. And no this is not them banning you or even an attempt at banning you. As someone who has had multiple bans (for "hacking") if they suspect it your account is perma locked until you contest it and they actually look at it.

If you get shadow banned then you only get to match up with other players who are shadow banned. Which will be either real cheaters or very good players who were also falsely reported. I think someone will review your shadow band after like 24 hours or something.
