I have a real Axial SCX10.1, got this kit to make use of my spare parts and to give something to my family to drive. Excited to get the build started.

Very helpful video! You found the perfect solution to the bump steer with that servo on axle mount. Great to see they fit the clone axle. 👍

Great video! Have been planning on buying that chassis. Will have to get one of those axle mounts for the steering servo for sure!

Thanks for your positive feedback. Much appreciated. Take a look at the 50 hours test report. The clone is actually quite good.

I found the axial ar60 spool can be made to fit in the ring gear carrier, which allows the use of aftermarket ujoint style axles.....really you covered all the other shortcomings of this chassis.

Exelent tuning bro! You next level upgrate portal transmision and brushles parts?)))
@stephenhughcrisp3 жыл бұрын
Hi thanks. Actually was thinking of portals, however wanted to keep the CG as low as possible. I also upgraded to a 550 motor - this was a huge improvement. I know brushless is the next level….

This chassis is really cheap like only 70 right now, if i wanted to buy it just as a basher because its so cheap and not do any crawling would it be fine stock? Thank you!
@stephenhughcrisp3 жыл бұрын
Hi Carlos. Yes it will work, but I would still suggest changing some things, like the driveshafts and shocks.

Hi Stephen, may I know when you refer to the caster modd, which link are you refer for the modd ? which one is top link and which one is bottom link ?
@stephenhughcrisp3 жыл бұрын
Hi Felix. Of the 4 suspension links to the front axle, the bottom ones are those at the bottom of the vehicle. The ones that get scraped and damaged. Hope this helps.
@felixsiaw1473 жыл бұрын
@@stephenhughcrisp Thank you for your prompt feedback, Stephen. Therefore, the top links you shorten it and the bottom links you lengthen it is it ? Btw, great and useful video there.
@stephenhughcrisp3 жыл бұрын
@@felixsiaw147 that is correct, shorten the top ones and lengthen the lower ones. Thanks for the kind words.
