I have both the Scx24 Jeep and the Enduro 24. I have added Treal wheels to both. The Scx has a set of Baja Claws and the Enduro has the Thornbirds (taller tires that are still sticky). I have liked both of them.

With the right mods the enduro can be a decent competitor to the scx24, we even got a sweet looking body for a change.

For sure it’s close only thing is the enduro24 will always have a little less torque and more torque twist. Unless you put scx24 axles under the enduro24. Similar to what I did with my scx24 and rgt v2 Frankenstein build aka Uncle Buck. 👊😜

You didn’t even go the same route on the first one bro, and you finally did and had it with the enduro24 but backed out.

I didn’t back out that’s just the closest it got it never made it on that line stock. It’s just not as capable. But once I put new tires and metal wheels, brass wideners, new esc and a 2s lipo it makes it a lot more places tell the drive lines pop apart or break at least.✌️😄

I like my little jeep. So far I've put the emax servo in that everyone was using. Aluminum shocks. And the barrage motor upgrade that you showed in a video . flip the tranny. the front link rubs the motor a bit, haven't addressed that yet. And after seeing your video on tire comparison and what you said here about smaller tires helping the center of gravity. I might get a set of the rock creepers. those things really stick. Is it worth sacrificing ground clearance? Thanks for all the info.

Another thing to take into consideration, the enduro 24 has non brand foamless tires “RTR” out of the box, they are a 1.0 super swamper clone. Did you have foams in the scx24?? Great video bro, gotta have the tiny details tho

Yes the enduro24 is bone stock so no foams and the Jeep has the same tires without foams to make them as even as possible when it comes to cog, clearance and grip. Thanks I knew that the super swamper tread pattern is one of my favorite. I have proline small 1.9 super swampers on my scx10.2, super swamper xls for my trx4 and rc4wd narrow super swampers on my tf2. The rgt tires might not be branded but they do out perform the Rc4wd baja claws in most terrains. I have a set of rgt tires on treal wheels with foams on my scx24/rgt v2 Frankenstein scaler to. Hoping I can afford a set of the new 1.0 Rc4wd berries super swampers soon to. 👊🙂

Opinions on carisma msa-1e? I have the ford and I love it it’s a little underpowered but I swapped some Rc4wd chrome beadlocks and Rc4wd Mickey T Baja claws and it’s way better

The carisma oil shocks are pretty good takes a little modding to mount them though. I’ll be getting a set of treal oil shocks to try out soon also. 👊🙂

I definitely like the jeep more, for body and performance. That forward motor is cool though. Looking forward to seeing how well the Enduro does after you modd it out.

Have both and enduro more reliable by far scx24 so far 2 burnt esc and 1 motor only 2 weeks old.

That sucks man. 😢 That hasn’t been my experience with the scx24s. But over tightening the wheel nuts, spur nut or pinion mesh can fry a motor quick. Running dry diffs can to. Also using low or medium on the transmitter can over drain the battery also so it won’t charge again unless you save it with a hobby grade charger. The enduro24 is pretty good but is only 1s stock so it don’t really have enough power to fry a motor quick or break stuff. On 2s the motor starts getting work if you push it hard though.✌️🙂

@@TJthercGuy thanks and I think i just had a bad batch of esc and motor idk.... Just bummed... I'm pretty experienced with rcs and use great battery chargers and what not... Axial has not been responsive at all. I went ahead and ordered a brushless setup. Thank you for the video.

Man you have an amazing rock garden! Both of these trucks faired quite well! I’d give a very slight edge to the scx . As it seems like it has a slightly wider stance which seems to help it stay on all fours more of the time. I’d take either one though! Fantastic run with both of these!⭐️👊🏼👍🏻❤️🍻
