the real mode is a neat gimmick but i think it'd be better if bandai released a high grade Star Winning Gundam real mode kit. just like how they did the high grade unicorn gundam and banshee and their destroy modes.

Yea, when you turn it into real mode you're supposed to turn the waist around so the larger skirts are in the front.
