I now know why Nicky is looking this way and it’s because the writers producers directors casting agents were all racists towards the non white actors on the show! Eventually Nicky got deathly sick and while Tommy was sick as well, he was sent home to England with a doctor’s statement saying he needed to rest! Nicky however was made to stay behind and work 24/7 in spite of her severe illness that was left untreated because the studio wouldn’t let her get medical care! She was eventually fired, labeled a liar and a difficult actress to work with when she demanded time to rest so she could recover! The crew behind SH made it impossible for her to get any other work essentially blacklisting her from Hollywood and til this day Nicky hasn’t found a role to elevate her to the stardom she was beginning to have on SH! So this is what happened and eventually all the non white actors were killed off because according to Nicky she overheard how the director saying to the producer that all the non white actors were expendable and wanted SH to focus solely on Katia and Tommy in further seasons! There was a protest against Nicky being killed off/fired from the show, there was only a season 4, then it finally came to a close! Tommy has gone on to star in the Watchmen, Ex Wife a film costarring Celine Butcher, other small independent films and now he’s in the Jason Mamoa series See. Nicky went on to act in Miss Juneteenth which is her more recent role since she hasn’t worked since 2016!
