Gist of the whole conversation is that , even if hiring starts again at the previous pace , only tier 1/2 students will have more chance at cracking those top tech giants , as companies consider them as the cream students ! Still no chance for tier 3/4 college students

@@tushws bhai experience you mean as sde than maybe but hard hai and mostly tier 1 me bhi wo intern + FTE hi lete hai so bohot difference nahi rahega mere experience ka
