SDN's Navarathri Series 2020
Surrendering to the Universal Mother by celebrating Navarathri - the festival of colours, artistry and multiplicity. SDN is happy to share some compositions of Devi in her various manifestations. These videos, which are recordings from our stage performances, will be published on Fridays and concludes with a Keertanam on Saraswathi on Saraswathi Pooja and the group presentation of a Varnam on Tripurasundari, on the day of Vijayadashami.
01 Kamakshi Stuti:
Oh Kamakshi, the one with eyes like beautiful lotus leaves who entices the three worlds, I surrender at thy feet.
She is the one who has the majestic gait of an elephant and lotus like feet! She is the parrot in the cage of Siva and the eternal energy that protects Guruguha and destroys all fears.
She is the beautiful goddess whose face resembles the full moon! She was the one who protected Manmatha, the God of love. Gracefully sitting on a gem studded throne, she is draped in a rich golden saree. Being the ruler of the Universe, she is an overflowing stream of bliss. She blesses all those who mediate upon her with single mindedness. She is Sankari, the consort of Ekaamreshwara.
Kamakshi Stuti- in ragam Kamalamanohari and Adi talam, a composition of Sri Muthuswamy Dikshitar.

Sridevi Nrithyalaya Trust (SDNT) owns all the productions and will not allow anyone to download or use SDN videos/audios, even it is meant to be for non-commercial purpose.
Our social media team, assisted with a legal team, watchfully works in curbing audios/videos of Sridevi Nrithyalaya that have been used in unauthorized way and uploaded in social media. Though we do not put up copyright declarations in all our videos, we strictly adhere to legal formalities and procedures regarding copyrights.
We honestly work hard and spend a good time and amount of our resources to produce our music and dance videos. They are produced and uploaded in our social platforms solely to take our art to all those raiskas around the globe who are unable to reach us in person to enjoy SDN's art live.
It is not about 'misuse' or 'trying to support' our dance and audio productions by just giving credits. Art is for all for sure. Our productions uploaded in social platforms are for the art lovers worldwide to WATCH and ENJOY but definitely not for copying or reproducing without SDNT's authorisation.
SDNT has anonymously derived to this strong conclusion. Therefore, SDN or any individual from SDN would be not to able to grant anyone permission to reproduce our work of any form.

Blissful choreography and execution 💖💖💖🙏🙏🙏 Hearing Sri. Srikanth's renditionபரவசம் மிகவாகுதே 💖💖💖🙏🙏🙏. The selection of dancers for different parts of Kamakshi stuti is most apt! Superb! Nishkala to start the joyful celebration of Kamakshi's attributes, Meghna for a dramatic continuation of the celebration. When Sri. Srikanth's Bhakthi pravaham starts overflowing, who else but Sai Smirithi to depict that? The choice of Sai Smrithi to portray Karnan in "GAnam Isaithu NindrAyO" is crystal clear now! Sri. Srikanth has outdone himself - his voice dances, celebrates, prays and surrenders in this item 🙏🙏🙏

Very nice! The younger group has become worthy of their seniors! Sai Smrithi Suresh was great, Meghna Unni so sublime on her feet and she will soon be able to hold her balance with the sudden stops from fast-paced steps that’s the hallmark of SDN, and Nishkala Rajeev was good too. Namasthe sheela mam , shobha mam and all sdn cool kidz😊 Thank you so much for the series and full version of kamakshi kriti was very huge surprise Nishkala akka you manage everything with a cute smile and this reminded me the agni lingam performance where you slipped at the pose yet you managed the concentration till the end without getting nervous and your hardworking is completely witnessed in sollale iyambidal I can imagine how will be the apasmara samharam Meghna akka you are already good at management (study+painting +dance) this performance and especially 2.25 is yet another example for that and you are my manasika guru in drawing akka🙈 Sai akka your divinity is not a bit changed right from kutty cute sai akka in madhurastakam till now and from5.15 I completely broke into tears 🥺 It reminded me of appar thevaram again Greetings from, Sdn's kutty rasika

Very beautiful choreography presented by three beautiful girls closely resembling one another! I think it is better to stick to the scheme of two contrasting colors in the costume. Threesome is now awesome. :) "Rakshitha MathanE" could have been elaborated with sanchAri bhAva to include the story of Manmatha dahanam - since you had three dancers available on the stage. So this Friday dawned with a glorious tribute to dEvi kAmAkshi. Be Blessed!
