I've seen this house in person. It's well designed and could become great with the appropriate top tier decorator. However, there is one issue with the property that makes it difficult for a buyer to purchase this house. It sits on a narrow strip of land of only 5 or so acres. A 60 million dollar house should sit on much more land than that. And the property is surrounded by many other houses to the point where it looks like the property is in a fishbowl. I see why it is very difficult to sell it. This kind of house should be built in a park not on a narrow lot.
