4:44 Да, там что-то похожее на шим. Его слышно в обмотках вентилятора, они начинают "трещать". Не знаю как других, но меня это немного раздражает. Лучше уж на полную мощность.

Great work! I think I will take inspiration. I thought of drilling holes on the bottom plate and you encourage me to do so. For now I have a relatively noisy 12 cm fan on the back where the holes are. It improves significantly dropping motherboard temperature from 53 to 40 degrees but at the expense of hard sucking air with quite a bit of noise. I think I will also enlarge the hole at the bottom as you did. A question: I see you implemented the Q1 (2SC5103) for fan control. The schematics say 20k for the R70 thermistor. For now I just collected KTY81 for the PA board that are around 2k so not really the same. Moreover I suppose you need a NTC and the KTY is obviously PTC. So which one did you use?

hi, I used NTC thermistor B57861-S 103-F40, 10 kOhm, 1%. At 10k, the adjustment with a half-tuning resistor is smoother and it is easier to set the desired fan speed.

Сегодня купил такой же трансивер. И есть мысли поставить такой же ФНЧ - не могли-бы вы более подробно. рассказать и показать как его подключать к Волку? Или вовзможно вы посоветуете исходя из опыта собрать другой ФНЧ с алиэкспресс с автоматическим тюнером например.

Приветствую, я выпаял фнч на 170 мгц из рф-платы и на его место впаял 2 sma-разъема и короткими кабелями (по 7см) к этим разъемам подключается вход и выход фнч. Управлять переключением ФНЧ должен дешифратор, в том наборе что я купил, он есть (ссылка на набор тоже, в описании). Сигналы на дешифратор я снимаю с регистра U3. Подключаю напрямую, без всяких развязывающих цепей. Этот блок фнч питается от 5в, а на рф-плате есть только 12в, поэтому я подаю на плату 12, и добавил на нее линейный стабилизатор на микросхеме 7805. Вот собственно и все. Фнч нужно настраивать конечно по минимуму ксв в полосе (не более 1.15) и затуханию не более 0.4дб. Насчет автотюнеров - я не сторонник их использования если честно, довольно небольшой уровень согласуемых сопротивлений антенн и большие потери. Предпочитаю ручные т-тюнеры, например mfj-941 (схема простая, можно собрать самому). Такой тюнер согласует любой кусок провода.

Was this the 20w or 100w version. If 20w version, not sure why it needs more cooling, I am also surprised it did not have LPF

Hello, this is the 20W version, it is not necessary to install additional airflow, but the case is made of China solid, without holes and the temperature inside rises very quickly, this leads to overheating, especially at ft-8, I decided to add fans. LPFs are a must.

What kind of fan? On the motherboard, the connector is next to the trimmer, on the RF board there is a place in the middle where the connector is soldered, this place is signed with the word fan. I can see all this on the video (I point to these connectors with a screwdriver). The Chinese initially treated the fan incorrectly, it works constantly when the gear is engaged at maximum speed.

Ножка 1 U2 соответствует входу D, ножка 6 входу C, ножка 3 входу B и ножка 4 входу A (брать надо именно со входов, т.к. там при включении логическая 1)

Hello! If you look at the transceiver from above, the battery is located in the upper left corner of the motherboard, on the back side of the board.

No problem - ask questions. I found the radiator in my reserves and sawed it into 2 parts, then twisted them together, spreading them with thermal paste.
