Hello from Drimnagh by way of the US. Introducing my American born toddler daughter to the best music on Earth. She likes having one earpod in her ear and one in mine :) You play beautifully. Be healthy and keep them coming!

Sean- there are many bagpipe players out there who play technically beautifully, but very few who can truly make their instrument sing. You sir are one of the latter- you truly have a gift!

He is not actually playing the bagpipes.

I don't think it is a gift, he just spent so much hours practicing

@@martinbanks7686mmm. Uilleann pipes are bagpipes. As are the Gaita Gallego, the Musette de Court, the Böhmischer Bock, and yes, the Scottish Great Highland Bagpipes. “Bagpipes” are large family of ancient folk woodwinds, and the word should not be used as a shorthand for its most famous member, the Scottish Highland pipes, but it is, mostly people who simply don’t know any other kind of bagpipes exist…or by GHB pipers who want to retain a monopoly on its use for gigging reasons

@@patrickcannady2066 bagpipes are totally diffent to Uilleen pipes. As regard their sound and also in the way the air is fed to the pipes

Classic video. I'm gonna have to learn the second hornpipe (The Standing Abbey) cos it's a banger. My Ma is from Jamestown, Séamus is the man. Nice one

Matt Damon looks pretty good in this video... I can almost believe he's actually playing the elbow-pipes, but I'm not fooled... Matt Damon can barely act, let alone play a pipe; this a pretty good fake.

Just kidding, of course... Very nice piping, but I could do without the obligatory Irish stories about Seamus from down the lane... Who cares?

Nice playing and truthfully you're way better a player than Ennix ever was.
