The thing is both Turks and Roman Greeks (they're actually Roman not Greek) claim to be the righteous. A Roman Greek thinks he's been taken out of his homeland and has seen genocide. A Turkish also thinks he's been attacked and seen genocide and thus fought for his lands. So both sides actually think and feel the same thing shows that what happened has only happened to innocent people who died for no reason. Both sides literally slaughtered each other for French and British ideologies the ideologies which don't even belong to them. Just look who won? Both sides lost, both sides suffered and died. Only the gun sellers and bankers won. They've played with you like pawns

The mere statement “they’re actually Roman not Greek” speaks volumes about your irrelevance.

@@nopenever5107 you stated "they are Roman not Greek". Both words mean the same people. Greece was Roman and Magna Grecia in what is now Italy, was Greek. I hope this sheds some light..

@@arneusaeneason3175 Greek and Eastern Romans differed, they didn't consider themselves as exactly same people. But after Eastern Rome adapted to the Orthodox Christianity, their language , culture merged with the Greeks. Greek could maintain their culture a very long time after the first Roman invasions. But they merged and became simply today what we know as "Byzantine" which is actually a Greek village name and people of Byzantium didn't call themselves "Byzantine" or "Greek" they called themselves "Eastern Romans" . Cultural adaptation made us think that they were the same. But they actually differ even though it's a slight difference

@@nopenever5107 you are missing crucial details. When you say “Greeks and Eastern Romans differ” I do not know what this means exactly to you. Yes, they differ in the way they speak their dialects (of the same tongue). You use the term Romans (including Eastern Romans) to differentiate them from the Greeks. Greeks of Ionia or Greeks of Ellada (Greek peninsula with the islands) are a one people. The term “Romans” is also historically accepted by Greeks of Greece they even have a word for it, “Romeo”. I don’t want to make it even harder for you but there are ancient accounts about those Greeks of Ionia. Sorry dude.
