Heres where the problem is. You (Puerto Ricans) try selling a $50k house for $100k. You virtually eleminate the possibility of a puerto Rican being able to buy it. Instead, your inflated price is to draw gringos (only ones who can afford it) who will likely either fix it up and resell for $150k or use it as an AirBB while taking advantage of Act60 tax incentives. Then, you'll complain about Act60, gentrification, and yell "Gringos go home". Yes, there are multiple problems right now in PR, but YOURE causing some of them. Only an investor would qualify and still see a profit in this home. Want the billonaire investors out, quit pandering to them...
