While I agree that the 10 mil seems like a lot for those outside health orgs. The issue of the homeless veterans has many programs within the VA alone. Some of my fellow vets arent aware of them or some refuse out of pride. Yes the VA does need a lot of work and we need politicians to stop blocking bills that help the VA. But to say the funds could go to homeless programs when there is already there and not address that is a lil short sighted.

Not to mention staffing issue is due to the VA pay ir USAJOBS autoblocking people applying. Ive seen medical jobs sit there for months without being filled.
