And I know I'm rambling a lot, but I'm just kind of excited to see the place I've been going to since I was a kid. At 12:52 when you were looking at the sunset, you can see that one tall building down there to the right of the screen. That's The Terrace. We literally stay right across the street from that.

@dpmart3275 Yes, Lord willing, we will be there next week. We used to go on the 4th of July week, but we were able to get it moved to August. It's a bit less crowded. That's our yearly tradition... going to Siesta Key. We will be mostly trying out brand new restaurants this time, for some different reviews. A couple of repeats, though. We have a few places we just have to go every year. I usually don't make three comments on any one video, but just seeing them there in a place I've vacationed all my life, was pretty exciting. I'm glad they got to go and enjoy it. It's one of the prettiest places in Florida.

Great resort. I liked the numbered parking spot and the short walk to the beach. The ice cream boat was over the top. Two thumbs up to the guy who figured that out. We looked into it but never pursed it for shaved ice. Still dealing with Little Debbie, wind and a lot of rain but we are doing good. God Bless and safe travels

I was seeing that Jacksonville was getting hit hard with rain. Prayers. 🙏 That would have been so cool to sell your shaved ice on a boat like this! I loved the idea and the ice cream music. The resort was so nice. I love numbered parking spots. Nothing worse than getting back from dinner or somewhere and you can't find a spot. Stay safe!

You are literally right there in view of Point Of Rocks. Not sure if y'all walked down there. It's to the left of where you stayed, right before that wall at 11:42. There's some excellent snorkeling right there. I hope the water has settled down by the time we get there next week and cleared up. Also, you can see the mansion that was used in that reality show Siesta Key, that came out several years ago, at 11:42. One thing I really loved about the place you stayed, was the numbered assigned parking spaces. That is an issue that we face some years at the place we stay...getting back from going somewhere, and either having to park way down at the end, or not even finding one. Nice place. I didn't recognize the name when you first told it to me, but after seeing it, we've looked at it many times. Actually walked down to Point of Rocks and right across the beach there. Looks like you saw some beautiful Gulf Coast sunsets.

Numbered parking spots are everything! lol I hate when you return from dinner or an outing and you can't find a parking spot. Or you have to park in a different lot that is not close to your room. Beautiful Gulf Coast sunsets.

Loved this video. I was really impressed by the place y’all stayed and its proximity to the beautiful beach. Y’all had a home away from home. The service of the beach chairs and umbrella was a great touch! But what caught my eye was the ice cream “truck” on the Gulf. I have never heard of such!! I can see why y’all chose to visit Siesta Key and this condo. Thanks for sharing.

The beach is so beautiful and relaxing. The condo was just like being at home. The beach chairs were awesome. Especially with us having so much luggage from the cruise too. The ice cream boat was so cool! Plus it played music like an ice cream truck! It was a great stay!

We have been wanting to check out the Gulf of Mexico sometime. We still haven't ever been. But it seems wonderful. I really like the beachfront resort yall stayed in. We love the gulf coast. Our first visit to the gulf was in Destin, Fl. Been to several places on the gulf now. Always enjoy the beautiful sand and water. You will definitely enjoy it!

I love the assigned parking. I always hate going to dinner or somewhere in the evening and coming back to a full parking lot. Such a hassle. Sometimes you even have to park in a different lot. David and Carly got some ice cream from the ice cream boat. It was so cool to see it. Loved that it played music like the ice cream trucks too. Yes it is! The chairs were included with the rental. The cost of the condo depends on the unit you choose and the time of year you go. There are places in walking distance plus you can take the trolley for free to the village area. Thanks for watching and commenting.

6 Minutes, 3 likes, 18 views, and 0 comments (yet!) Excellent video. Never been to the Gulf. Maybe one of these days. David's sunset video clips in this one hit another high is his skills. Seriously impressed. While the lack of a hot tub would be an initial no-go for me, if that's the general rule in the area, or would be outrageously expensive to have one, I'd possibly consider this place. One thing I found interesting was the wiring under the TV in the living room area. Rather unusual to see what looked like a modem and a wired router in plain sight. Especially with the way the wiring is visible. Even in my house, such are hidden. That beach looked sweet! One thing that gives me pause is the locked gate. Sounds good, at first. But, what if there's an emergency and EMS needs access quick? Especially since I would presume neighboring properties do the same thing? I really liked the "Ice Cream at Sea"! I'd have to remember to carry cash as I usually leave my wallet in my room or my car when I go to the beach. This video presents an interesting approach to a vacation. First, the three night minimum stay. Never before seen that out front like here. Second, I've only had a few places where there was a real kitchen included. Last time was in Myrtle Beach. Decorum prevents me from repeating verbatim what my future ex-wife said when she saw it! It was basically an angry/sarcastic "You expect me to cook?" For my needs, a working microwave and moderately-sized fridge/freezer is enough for me. All I need is for keeping sodas, leftovers, and snacks cold, not to mention ice cream. And, being able to re-heat. I really liked the decor of the living room. That coffee table has inspired the long-dormant wood worker in me! The ceiling fan and its design is another notable touch. Strange thing about this video. Usually, your videos bring positive energy. Which, this one does. And, inspiration for travel. Which, again this one does. However, this one is a first in that it inspires creativity. What are you going to try next? PSE continue to glorify God with the excellence of your videos. God Bless!

I'm not sure if they have many hot tubs in this area or not. It would be nice to have an indoor one for the summer. The location is amazing and the beach is beautiful!
