After a successful Winter Olympics three months ago, now back to the summer version but with only Southeast Asia countries and now in 'Vietnam'. This is my 4th SEA games since 2015 and also just watched the 30th SEA games opening just before this. Love this ceremony (especially when they perform and showcase the history and cultures of the host country) and the theme song for this year SEA games, kind of wished that English would be present during the speech but at least the fireworks is as amazing as it is.

Philippines have a short time preparation on that time coz its supposed to be in brunei but they pulled out becoz of lack of venues in their country but look how the opening ceremony looks like is its SUCCESSFUL,memorable. You just think its low budget becoz it happen in a indoor arena not in a stadium a football stadium that u use to watch that u can see the fireworks light, and the the cauldron that used in opening ceremony is worth of P50-million , then calling it low budget? What a dumb just judging a country without knowing the preparation of it🤦

Hanoi Vietnam is the France of Asia. Since I lived in Thailand for so many years, Vietnam is one of my fave destination. What a beautiful opening ceremony. Watching every sea games it made me realized how lucky I am to be born in Asia when my genes is not. Asian values is higher than any other countries in the world. Too beautiful and too diverse.
