I LOOOOVE your videos. You don't waste time yapping (though this might be useful for some newbies, I SINCERELY APPRECIATE the lack of "uums" and "uhhs" found on other videos) and the music is amazing. The time lapse is clever. Thank you-THANK YOU so much for posting such gorgeous works of art-from start to finish. You are such an inspiration!

Thank you so much for sharing your videos; you've got a great talent with soap. This inspired our six year old to help make this with her m&p and she's so proud to have made a beautiful soap; she of course had to add glitter on top! We look forward to seeing what else you create!

May I ask how you mix your TD. The whites are perfect. Besides this your designs are very inspiring.
@HandmadeinFlorida10 жыл бұрын
Thank you Rachel. Working w/ TD is a constant battle for me...I like working with the water soluble TD but have switched over to oil soluble in an effort to avoid glycerin rivers...whether it's water or oil, I make sure to mix well :)

Hi, Could you please tell me which kind of color is that you use to make the white and the last blue which seems very rich and intense. I love it! I have been trying to keep my eyes open to buy your soap but I haven't been luck enough yet. The way that you mix and choose your colors looks like you do have some sort of art background.

Thank you - I mixed Vibrance Blue and Yellow (nurture soap supply) to get the green and used wsp stained glass green/blue for the mp.
@anho116110 жыл бұрын
Handmade in Florida Im new to soap making. I found the vibrance blue and yellow on nurture soap supply website. Can you explain what "wsp stained glass green/glue for the mp" mean?
@HandmadeinFlorida10 жыл бұрын
An Ho Hi An, it's a colorant from Wholesale Supplies Plus called "Stained Glass Sea Blue Green"...it is what I used for the melt and pour (clear) portion of this soap. The rest of the soap was made using the traditional cold process method. Hope this helps - good luck with your soap making!
@innatuyeva255510 жыл бұрын
Zahida, very beeeeutiful soaps - design and form. Thank you for the sharing video! And I do like the white table where you cut your soaps - very stylish!!! I'd like to ask about combining CP and MP: if you gel - doesn't it ruin MP?
@HandmadeinFlorida10 жыл бұрын
Thanks so much Inna! Yes, these soaps went through gel and so far, I haven't experienced any issues with the mp during the cp's gel phase...hope this helps :)

I knew there was a way to use melt and pour in cold process soap. Does your husband use alcohol in his colorant when mixing into the melt and pour? It looked like an alcohol based colorant.
