it happened to me with ae, i got her from starter supply and like when she got added to dorm i got her and went like.. the chances are low why:,) dont get me wrong i LOVE ae i just wanted a new character T-T

But AE worth it though to rank up. Some char need to rank up so that her potential truly shine. AE? Dunno. I think i heard somewhere to make it s3 or something so she become very good. But truly i forgot which youtube videos. Like rozaliya,her captain buff is superb for physical though i wont say she is the best since i dont have every char as f2p. But 40% physical is at ss rank. Dunno about sss though. maybe 45% or above. Unless you get herrschers or bke,all other s ranks are trash. Even getting rozaliya is quite a waste as she is basically free.

@@שיליסולכהן im also a rookie lol. But what can i say is better have full set gear for probably HoR. Try to get welt stigma. Do slow levelling because red lotus below 70 is super easy to rank. Why HoR? Well, for elysian realm. Farm as much as possible and enjoy the game. It is useless to have a lot of s ranks but does not have accompanying gears. Just focus on farming stigma for now. For valks, try to get each one of element plus physical. Dps is the main focus. Support is later. If you want to spend some money,try to complete fallen rosemary stigmas from the bp shop or maybe HoT stigmas although i prefer Rosemary more. Her support is excellent plus she is quite strong. Other advice? Ask super rankers in memorial and abyss. Im just a regular guy. Try to keep track with banners in upcoming weeks and updates. You might want to try complete valk with her set gears in one go rather than having subpar gear so save your crystal according to your need. And my final advice,dont ever spend any crystal on stupid dorm gacha. Try to get the dorm ticket from free sources. Dorm gacha is a scam compared to valk-exclusive gacha. At least i got my HoF in 23 pulls. Dorm always force me to hundred guarantee.

@Reseted Kitsune She's good when you have her gear and probably at SS. She feels like an outdated valk to me because not is she old, but only good in physical ranged weather. (I'm not sure if there's any other physical ranged characters.) But despite that she's been replaced countless of times from other physical DPS characters, only thing that brings her relevance is the ranged weather and possibly if mIhoyo add her in ER, bring her some more relevancy.
