And I stand in agreement with your prayer of healing, in Jesus name! Ms. Stephanie, as a former PA and someone who has dealt with severe muscle spasms in my back and neck that just would not go away for YEARS, what finally fixed the spasms was getting botox injections in them, then making sure my shoulders and neck stayed down and relaxed, and doing small stretches when I felt them tighten up. But I only ended up doing 2 series of botox over 18 years ago, and between that and relaxing my shoulders and back, and purchasing a theracane to help work out knots before they got too bad, it's been a miracle!! Cuz these knots burned like fire for years with no relief. Just wanted to share❤

I have exactly the same problem with my hands, Rheumatoid Arthritis - may I suggest you try taking Turmeric, you can get it in capsule form. It's a natural spice that's been found to be as effective and anti-inflammatory as ibuprofen without the side effects. Wishing you all the best. ❤

So sorry to hear about your pinched nerve. I fully get it as I had a similar issue which did no resolve after Accupuncture or steroid shots. I ended up have spinal fusion surgery May of 2022 due to spinal stenosis and two compressed discs. As a result the neuropathy in my several of my fingers, index fingers in particular, I can no longer bead. The tiny 11/0s and forget the 15/0s are just beyond my ability to manage. I am hopeful that over time I may regain feeling. In the meantime, I still watch and was actually wondering why I hadn’t seen any of your wonderful KZbin tutorials in quite a while. Now I know. I hope you have great success in whatever methods you are using to resolve your issue! Best of luck and many prayers sent your way!

Hi Stephanie, I love all your work. I have just finished making this pendant and absolutely love it! Do you have any advice on czech bead finishes. I found my O beads have lost a lot of their coating from the needle passes. Are there ones you prefer that this doesn't happen to?

Stephanie this is gorgeous!!! I need your help on something. I placed a large order of beads about 3 years ago (before the pandemic) intending to make one of your projects and then after receiving the beads I abruptly lost interest in beading. Weird!! Anyway now i want to bead again and I can’t find the video that I ordered the beads for. A key part of the order was a 6mm Czech Glass Pearl in the color “Iridescent Petrol Blue”. I’m back to beading again and want to use these beads! Does that ring any bells as to which video I was watching? Argh sorry for such a weird request!! ❤
