Sea of Stars Normal Ending / True Ending + Epilogue

Another thing.... played sea of stars before the messenger. Didn't know about either game but S.o.s. was like an old school rpg so I had to play. The more you play, the more you can see that this game is a prequel. All comes together after the true ending. You get a glimpse of it in the normal ending too with the centerpiece in the crypt

Finally got both endings. True ending boss was actually a challenge. The additional stuff was cool and where it wound up was cool. I like the normal ending too cause of the emotions. Feels like a sad goodbye especially when they were all saying the final goodbyes. Relatable to life (except for the guardian Gods part) losing people. The true ending was less dramatic. The boss fight theme against Elysan D'arëlle was badass though! What happens to Brugraves? Didn't really see him after we whipped his ass (Erlina too)outside of the clock tower.

If you played the messenger you would know what happens to him. Basically Aephorul turns him into a demon general and is stuck being this demon for the rest of his life. Hes also one of the main antagonists in the messenger. I would totally recommend playing that game! I love this universe so much!

By complete the side quest, there a group of pillar which will light up after finding or complete companion side quest. Then a portal will open

It's horrible that for reach the true final you must spend a lot of time to collect, I don't known if resume the game without the true final or not :(

Everybody's griping and whining about the true ending requiring collectibles and side stuff. This is nothing compared to what older games would give you. Plus, say what you will about its story and gameplay, at least it does a great job setting up an interesting world and characters (aside from the Solstice duo, anyway-). And of course the soundtrack goes hard. Aephorul's theme alone made the requirements for reaching the true ending that much more worth it.

@@nm5329honestly it’s a fantastic story I just hated the back tracking that’s my own fault tho for getting all 60 conches before getting the fly ability minus the last two , so it took a couple of annoying hours when it could have been quicker if I unlocked the fly ability first but over all I loved this game the time travel and garl surviving was confusing but not bad
