Very Impressive 1999 Sea Ray 270 Sundancer Powered by a 7.4L MPI MerCruiser with 899 Hrs. This Sea Ray is being Sold with a Triple Axle Nextrail Aluminum Trailer and has some noteworthy recent upgrades, NEW Full Camper Top, Updated Cockpit Carpet (2018), New Bravo 3 Drive in 2018 to name a few! From First Glace this 270 Has Nice Eye Appeal, the Gel Coat is Clean and has a nice shine, the Exterior/Hull Does Not appear to be all scratched up and even the Graphics are in nice condition. The Extended Swim Platform makes Boarding the Boat Easy and the Large Walk Through Transom leads into the Cockpit where the Seating Arrangement should impress for a 27 Foot Boat. The Aft Seating is Great for Entertaining and the Large Side Lounge Seat is Comfortable and allows for people to sit and keep the Captain Company while under way. The Lay Down Cockpit Carpet Looks Very Sharp and the New Full Camper Top is Incredible and Very Well Done, the Front was done in 3 separate sections which works great with the Walk Through Windshield and Screens were installed and the Side's for Nice cross Ventilation. The Helm Seat is Very Comfortable and Has a Flip Up Bolster so the Captain can Stand and Drive or simply sit higher for a better view. Step Inside the Cabin and the 9'2" Beam is noticeable as you have a Separate Side Dinette with a Forward Convertible Dinette and a Large STBT Side Galley, it's a very well laid out 27 Foot Cruiser. The Mid Cabin Design allows for additional sleeping Space and the Comfort of Air Conditioning/Heat will make sleeping on the boat more comfortable. All the Fabrics and Upholstery/Headliner/Carpeting is all is very good condition and does not show any major signs of ware. The head Compartment is also a area to talk about, as it is very clean, all fiberglass lined and has a Vacu Flush Toilet.
