Shannon Falls is truly stunning and we always love taking Gondolas! You guys got so high for sure! 10-12 minutes so ENOUGH TIME! Love that you guys had the whole ride to yourselves and it is truly stunning like you said. Especially the suspension bridge! View from the top is stunning! Love the rules!

LOL at 3:09! 😂 Are there opportunities to get closer to the falls on the hikes? It seemed like y'all were set back at a distance from them... That is not Go Travel On The Cheap -friendly, the gondola prices! 😎 So glad it was worth it though. "Jump and tuck and roll", hahaha! Always fun to be in a cloud! Those views are amazing... Too bad they did not have any beer for y'all to sample at the top! 😁

Another beautiful waterfall! Love how you make last minute stops as you travel. You find such amazing attractions that way. Those gondola views were amazing, but so pricey! I agree though the views from the trail makes it worth it!

Can feel your happiness at getting to the waterfall without anyone else there! It’s always so exciting when you get a spot like that to yourselves and get all the shots without any people. Well done for doing that gondola, if you’re scared of heights that’s amazing, 12 minutes is quite a long gondola trip. Although that bridge actually looks scarier than the gondola 😅

That is awesome you had 10 minutes at the falls before anyone came! That is a great tip to get there early for that! I definitely understand your pain of the gondola ride. I have taken them a few times and I usually stand or sit pretty still lol. But I would be more nervous of the suspension bridge.

The views from the gondola and top of mountain must be amazing! Good tips at the end. I couldn’t figure out why I have never seen it and then realized every time I have gone to Whistler was from the other end through Pemberton because we come down from the north.

The views are incredible there! We almost didn't go to Whistler and we are so glad we cancelled our city activities in Vancouver to take the sea to sky highway.

Great that there were hardly any people around at the falls and on the trails! The views from the gondola are sooo beautiful, wow! It sounds quite expensive, but totally worth it! It was beautiful and even though it was on the pricey side it was worth it. You could easily spend hours doing the hiking and just enjoying the views 👌

I live in Squamish and have a seasons pass for the Gondola. Go for coffee uo there several times a week

Shannon falls is certainly spectacular. I love how you ha the falls entirely to yourself. How early did you visit them? Such beautiful, clear water. The views from the gondola are lovely! I can't believe how blue that water is! The suspension bridge is really cool.

If you have to choose between sea to sky gondola and peak to peak gondola, which one would you choose and why?

I only did the Sea to Sky, and we chose it because we wanted to do the trails and see some other sights in the area. Not sure about the peak to peak...

What a beautiful walk! So cool that you got to enjoy it without other people. Although I must say, I am relieved to hear that you edit people out of your photos. My husband thinks I'm crazy for doing it :P the sky gondola looked so cool! I love seeing beautiful places like this from a birds-eye view. Somehow, I find gondolas less scary than suspension bridges, although it was worth the view! Thank you for sharing!

When I say early I mean we got to the gondola before it opened and had to go to Shannon Falls to kill time. So before 9am.

I heard after our visit that the gondola was vandalized... so seems you aren't the only one who wishes it wasn't put up!
