I have read that. No thanks to those bugs. I used to go to Bath Maine for work trips and loved getting the relatively cheap lobsters. One of the guys that worked at BIW's brother was a lobsterman and kept us all happy.@@WillFixThat

The only thing I would have done differently with ionizer, is to install it at the return air grill . That way it would clean the air and potentially freshen up the A/C coil on the way thru it.

I've never had either one. I suspect the Maine lobsters might have more inherent flavor. However, the cook is who makes the difference.

The cook definitely makes a difference cause you don’t want them over cooked! We think Maine lobster tastes much better & you get more meat.

How is the price of lobster meat there ? Shucked meat here on Cape Cod is around sixty dollars a pound or more. I have never eaten lobster from your area so I can’t compare the two.

There’s only one right answer to your lobster question and that’s Massachusetts lobsters not Maine lobsters. Cape Cod lobsters are the best and it’s because that’s where I live.
