It's not modeled from the designs of the one that burned, but it was modeled after another organ of the same model as the one that burned down.

The tune playing is "Boston Commandery March" from roll 6502 (followed by the beginning of "Roses From The South"). The organ was built by Johnny Verbeeck in Belgium (based on a Wurlitzer 165 in a private collection).

It sounds real close to a Wurlitzer 165 here. Hope they can bring in Joe Hilferty to look at it. Of anyone Joe can get the organ tuned right and sounding just like a 165. It's close.
