Turn the timing plate over , it will line up closes to the timing mark

I hope you replaced the gray fuel lines. The silicone on those lines react with ethanol in fuel and turn to a green sticky goo that clogs up the carb jets and filters.

I ended up having major issues with carb clogging, i replaces all the lines and it ran like a top till the day I sold her

I put it in how it came off, tried flipping it lines the same way

Are there any issues to worry about running a block off plate on a 1995 seadoo xp 720. I hear of people having issues doing this conversion? I hear that you still need to have oil lines hooked up from the oil tank so oil still lubricates bottom gear? What pre-mix are people running? I hear of 32-1 and 40-1. Can anyone give proper clarity from experience as to what the best this to do is? I have access amount of oil coming out the exhaust, so thinking I will run a block off plate. Is there a bad check valve? . Is my pump bad, where can you find replacement parts? Thanks

How do you run the block off plate only? Can you just remove the pump and cap it or you still have to open up that cover to remove the plastic gear?

you must remove the gear at the minimum

I just worked on my Seadoo. Check your reserve verses on fuel knob they might be flipped. If it's not that then your bottom end might be full of injection oil. Can you clarify what to do with d oil line leading to and from the crankcase? Can you just cap the lines off and not let any oil enter the crankcase since it will be receiving premix for lubrication

The old seadoos have crappy grey lines that gunck up, mine were plugged up. Thie ski ran fine after they were replaced an no the oil does not need to be drained from the bottom of the case

Just plug both hoses running to each side of the engine from the oil tank

If you're going to block the oil pump off you don't need to re-time the motor just leave the rotary plate on there remove the little gear and the pump and put a block off plate and don't forget to connect your rotary valve lines and created T leaving the oil tank so it will is the rotary gear

You do if the plate comes off with the housing. Most of the time it does

@@morgancairns3584 Can you tell us what you finally found? Mine won't draw fuel either. REbuilt the Carb, fuel pump and top end with new rings. Compression is still low though.

Replace the grey fuel lines, they get gunked up, its turns fuel into like a jelly. Once I re did all the lines and cleaned the crud from the carb for the 4th time it ran like a top.

Tu robi błąd. Blachę powinien obrócić, by pasował wymierzony kąt. Nie jest symetryczna.

Hej Michał, odnośnie oil delete - czy te koszulki termokurczliwe i trytytki to dobra opcja? Znalazłem u siebie problem z tymi houses od oil pump - są sparciałe. Lepiej je wymienić czy też jak on to zrobił zaślepić? Jeśli tak to zaślepić dół i górę? Bo te główne przewody potrzebne są do smarowania silnika od dołu? Z góry dzięki za pomoc - dopiero zaczynam hobby. Pozdrawiam!

Don't do this that makes absolutely no sense just replace your lines on your pump those mccooney pumps rarely fail
