*drools*. Oh my God so jelly. I love seafood, but am allergic to shellfish. (I eat it anyway and just take Benadryl). My favorite seafood dipping sauce is that Lao sauce with fish sauce, lime juice, garlic, chili peppers, sugar and shallots. Water = Brita water with ice and lemon slices.
