hi phil - prawns on the side is to prevent from over cooking if left in hot pot too long. the salt & pepper w/ lime is for dipping your seafood, etc. hot pot is usually shared between 2-4 persons. i never seen one person smash through it like you did. lol. glad you enjoy it. subscribed & liked!
