I always wonder if the game is actually dying like a lot of people say. I know a lot of streamers are quitting the game, but they play the game constantly. I'd want to quit the game if I were them too. Are there actually numbers out there that show the number of players is declining?

Casual players are still playing as much as they always did. The problem is the streamers play overwatch because that is their core audience (aka their income) and they get burned out. Seagull is smart, playing other games on days he knows he's not gonna enjoy playing comp - I think that has helped his longevity.
