Watching this from Philadelphia. The home of the Philly cheesesteak. I am impressed! This is better than, more authentic than any cheesesteak I’ve seen in the US (outside of the Philadelphia region). A bit too much cheese😅. Otherwise, Korean street food has nailed it!! Bulgogi people get it😉

I’ll say one thing. Korean fast food looks to use higher quality ingredients than American food. It also looks like there’s more hand processing of ingredients and less machine processing. Overall, better food.

The philly cheese steak at the beginning looks like something the dog sicked up! I wouldn't pay for that; bread is far too crisp, steak is too chunky, that's not real cheese and the whole thing is far too reliant on the blowtorch! Ridiculous
