Fabulous, informative video. We moved up to the north-east six years ago and are still discovering areas. I haven’t been very mobile recently, but watching your video has unable me to see Seaham. We will definitely be visiting without puppy as soon as she is able to get out there. And you’re not too far from Stockton. So if you see a beautiful brown Doberman and a chap with a stick say hi. Thanks again Marty

Glad you enjoyed our video. I. Worked very briefly in Stockton and it was a nice place. If you have not checked out crimdon (a bit closer to you) it's my favourite beach

@@MovingNorthEast we moved up from Cambridgeshire six years ago and absolutely love it up here. Still finding hidden gems. As I said, I’ve not been very mobile, but Seaham has plenty of chairs to walk along. And our new puppy needs socialising. Thanks again.

It's good to see seaham here. Wasn't there in ages, every year in school we visited my aunt and the rest of the family over there. I miss this small town

It's a nice place to visit as the front is fairly touristy (in a good way). We visited Folkestone as kids.. Hardly the same 😁

Seaham must be be the only coastal town with free parking everywhere!

It is a real bonus. Parking in the ne is easier than the se. We found free parking at rocker, seaburn and crimdon beaches. One thing I love about the north east

I love Seaham, just a shame some locals aren't fully supportive of a pro-social environment. There's a lot of potential with Seaham and it's a shame it hasn't got a holiday park, talking of shame though shame on Sunderland council trying to force the local council to charge for parking. Not a move that will help local businesses if it goes ahead.

Shame you had a negative experience with the locals. Minority that you get anywhere. I agree with the lack of Holiday park. I think it would be amazing if the land by seaham hall could be a campsite.hope they do it sometime. The parking will be a disgrace if they do. Free parking was a part of the charm of why we moved from London. The area will suffer

It’s Durham council who are wanting the parking charges.
