It's very obvious to anyone who really looks at it. Against the Vikings it was obvious that the play calling was going to be short routes only, and runs up the middle. The Vikings just kept everyone in tight, and loaded up the box, to make the easy plays against our offense. Against the Chargers something drastic happened, the play calling was phenomenal. It really opened up the field for Aidan I don't know if the ex coaches they brought in that helped our OC with play calling, or just putting him up in the booth made all the difference. I hope it can continue.

The reason the chargers started to score is that the raiders took out Crosby and had 2nd stringers.

Exactly what I've been telling people, if people watch pierce was pissed the backups letting them score. As soon as Crosby and the 2nd stringers were out then the chargers were able to move down the field

We all wanted to see if they would. I think that's why they kept AOC and Adam's in the game. They may have pulled Crosby out because he's been dealing with an injury the past few games.

If you notice.. by the time Chargers scored their second TD, we didn't even have some key starters out there. Crosby was already out resting and Robert Spillane (#41 our starting MLB) was pulled out too. Instead the rookie Tyree Wilson was lining up at LE and #49 was in at MLB

People are trippin’ about last week. Raider defense only allowed 3 points. Let’s not forget about that. You combine that with this weeks performance, going 2 and 0 against the Jets and Giants, and nearly beating the Chiefs and Dolphins-this team can win 3 in a row and make the playoffs, and this is the last team I’d want to see in the playoffs especially with a rookie quarterback who’s just hitting his stride. Next week’s game is going to be interesting. They’ve got the Chiefs, Colts, and Broncos. All 3 of those games are winnable.

Kellen needs to become an OC under an Offensive Head Coach that is a mastermind and is play calling so Kellen can learn. Until then, Kellen will continue making the same mistakes he is still making. You can also see why Dak looks so much better than ever before. It's because McCarthy built the scheme and play calling to take advantage of Dak's strengths and skill set. That is something that Dak has NEVER had since he entered the NFL. It has been one of my biggest beefs with Jerry Jones and his chosen coaching staffs, especially OCs.

Antonio Pierce is effectively the second coming of Rick Bisaccia for the Raiders. he motivates what is a good defensive roster to do amazing things. i know it all too well as the very next week that defence whooped my Chiefs fair and square. Al Davis did the right thing in keeping a rare time when a perfect cultural fit HC just falls into his lap and frankly I'm more afraid of the Raiders than the Chargers even with Harbaugh, cause Pierce motivates that team very very well

Raiders coach AP fighting for A job after we fired our head coach Chargers coach Stanely fighting for HIS current job....Raiders starting a rookie 3rd string qb Chargers starting their 2nd string 4-5 year player ( drafted 2019)....when Raiders first played the Chargers Jimmy G was pulled and they sent out AOC#4 for the first time and he almost won the game against a starting Chargers team...Justin Herbert broke his finger in that first game against the Raiders aswell......just to give context to the matchup this game incase your not familiar ....Raiders were simply just way better the bench was way deeper

The Chargers scored 14 after the Raiders put their backup defense in. I am a Raiders Fan and still in shock over that one. The Chargers team is WAY too talented for that. If they can get the right HC in there and STAY Healthy, they may be able to do something. I don't know what's going with their luck, but the Chargers have been a team loaded with talent for DECADES!!
