Cowboys fan here. Nice video! Dak's "Here we go!" cadence is just the new one he's been using this season. Cowboys fans have been memeing on it, but we all kinda love it. The run defense can be taken advantage of at times. Seattle has a reputation of always playing Dallas tough. If y'all somehow get Walker healthy enough to play, it wouldn't surprise me if he put in work. The pass rush got four sacks on Howell, they just didn't show them on this reel for whatever reason. Die hard Dallas fan since I was born in 86' and the "HERE WE GOOO" That's just daks cadence every snap no matter the coverage man. It's every snap unless it's a silent count. Cooper Rush does it too if he comes in late in the game... nothing to do with man, zone, cover 2 etc... just the cadence the qb's are using for our offense this yr. Like your breakdown tho bro! Dallas fan here, In order to beat the Cowboys you have to run the ball successfully against their defense so their pass rushers aren't an impact to the game. You also tire the defensive line out. Second, zone coverage with zone blitzes. Dak has a history of not recognizing zone blitzes. Third, don't let the cowboys get a two score lead on you. Defense will feast. Game over.

Commanders are not a bad team at all. They took the Eagles to OT and were within a TD in the second game. Both games were in the mid 30's on pts. While the Eagles have had some great luck this year, the Commanders have had some bad luck.
