No there isn't, big drop off after Carter and Anderson. Mike Jackson at CB 2 and Goodwin at WR 3 played well last year, not a huge need. They need big butts in the middle, edge, and LB to stem the repeated gashing that occurred every game last year for the 30th ranked run defense.

Seattle understands how salary cap works. They kill the draft last year so they understand that moving forward, they need to manage thier salary cap so they can keep players when it comes time to pay them. Pete and John knows what theyre doing. It wouldnt surpirse me if the seahawks are the best team in the NFL next season.

I loved both our picks today! I think the public is sleeping on the fact that Boye Mafe was a high second round pick last year and had first round athletic traits. That we signed Dre Jones who is a pro bowl level player at DT. That it feels like we are switching back to a 4-3 which boosts Daryl Taylor's role and impact. That Jamal Adams will be back. That they added Jarren Reed and could still bring back Poona or Shelby on the d-line. That we have two second round picks tomorrow, one of which could absolutely be used on a defensive lineman. Our team got so much better today. Also, corner and WR are expensive to sign in FA! High value positions in the draft. I love it.

Look, this offense will be crazy. JSN will open up DK and Lockett over the top. His route running, body control, and I.Q. will mean he will find holes. He is a WR that makes a QB look good because of how he finds pockets. And you have a guy in Geno who can make the right reads and deliver the ball on time and on target. And that's all JSN needs to succeed. And then you have KW9 to run it down thier throats???? John and Pete have absolutely killed the picks we got from the Russ trade and then some. If Witherspoon and JSN are the only hits we make in this draft the I will be extremely happy. And I think they aren't the only studs we will draft this year. This is looking mighty good.

We have 3 speedy receivers and 1 speedy running back. That is 4 speedy players, very hard to guard all of them, miss one of them, GONE. We need one OL (3rd round) and one RB just in case on 6/7 round, the our offense is set.

Wrong. LOB was legendary, but they had a great front 7, and they were not "average". They had the 30th ranked run defense last year, and will continue to get gashed every game if they keep picking DB's and WR's, wasn't a need.

woulda loved that myself, but TBH the Eagles is the best place for both those players. They already have a bunch of GA players there, Jalen is gonna slide right in and be a stud there. We may be wishing we'd taken him later but I love the idea of our new secondary! Hard hitting super athletic studs in the entire secondary.. If Jamal can stay healthy it could be bonkers.

I like the honest facial reactions of Wyman and Stelton as opposed to the 'homer' defending of the picks by Huard. Huard would defend the pick if the Seahawks drafted a janitor.

WR was certainly a need this draft. Eskridge is a bust, Goodwin is gone and couldn't stay healthy, Lockett is getting up there in age and was dealing with injuries last season, Metcalf is a stud but also had a VERY potentially scary injury (that injury can end careers).... there's literally nobody behind Lockett/Metcalf... and if Lockett goes down, JSN can easily fill in as the #2. I get the interior DL is a problem, but WR and especially RB had to be addressed. Travis Homer was a good blocker and STEAMER but he's gone and sucked at everything else, DeeJay Dallas is not the answer, and Walker missed games last year and was limited, but ended the season with 78 carries in 3 games. Walker is good for 250 carries a year, MAX. He's a finesse style runner and not a great blocker... you had to find someone more serviceable in that role. And it drives me nuts when people say, "Just take a RB in the 5th round." Uh, the difference in talent between a RB that is slotted for the 1st/2nd vs. 5th is night and day. You can't just plug in a 5th round RB.... you can plug in a 1st/2nd round one, though. They have way more experience, are generally FAR more athletic, and played against far better competition.

Tons of WR and CB also. Some believe there's a larger drop off from "top tier" players in DL and OL (though the best IOL are still available so...) than others. I don't hate the picks, we got great talent but a case can be made for getting the best talent at DL in 1st round instead.

Brock, True True True, they got the Number 1 CB and WR at both positions that's a good thing. No they weren't the positions we though DE maybe another OL shoot a QB which is still to come tomorrow and Saturday, lets remember some of of best drafting always comes in the later rounds. On paper we now have 2 super young Talented very good Cornerbacks and 3 Very Good WR's
