I don't get this. NBC carried this game at 4pm ET on Sunday Oct. 11, 1987, as it's in Seattle. At the same time, the SF Giants were hosting the Cardinals in Game 5 of the NLCS, also broadcast on NBC. And at 8pm ET, the Peacock had Game 4 of the ALCS between the Twins and Tigers. Bottom line: the CIN-SEA football game and STL-SF MLB game can't air at the same time. This I don't get at all.

bengals ran the ball 61 times in this game, which i suspect was mostly because the replacement players. That's like Oklahoma wishbone run attempt numbers

This 1987 "replacement" Bengals defense played better than the 2024 Bengals defense with the exception of Trey Hendrickson. 😂 Maybe that's what we should do. Get rid of the whole defense except for Trey, and just bring in a bunch of replacement players.
