Looks really nice but If I lived in this community I would not want to share the lagoon with the public. For two major reasons...first the lagoon with just the community is going to be busy enough with just the residents once it's built out and secondly paying the monthly cost for your amendities for living there I wouldn't want that to include the public, this would be no different than going to a public pool but that's just me.

It’s definitely not for everyone. We bought in a community without any amenities bc we have a pool & like that sort of privacy. I’m not a community pool kinda gal, but I bet years ago, when my kiddos were younger (I don’t allow myself to age🤫😉) this kind of community would have appealed more to me!

Now that Dream Finders has already started construction of the townhomes in Seaire, do you have any information on the single family homes that are to be built? I was surprised to see 3 of the 4-unit buildings already underway and a sales agent on duty on Sunday.

I spoke with my Lennar sales rep last week & she said the reps didn’t have much information yet…but I check with them every week, so I’m sure we’ll hear soon. Same with DR Horton & Biscayne. I think the townhomes will be very popular in Seaire! The projection is to have some models by the end of 3rd quarter. I’ll keep checking & will post video updates as more reliable information is provided. 🤗

Great question! On the map of Seaire that I use on the video, there’s a parcel showing multi-family….so, time will tell. Whether or not the multi-family will be an official part of Seaire? 🤷‍♀️

@@chrisgrenko4843 Hi Chris: the current information is they plan to have a welcome center & some models by end of year. If there will be any inventory available close to that date is still 🤷‍♀️. My reps with the builders will keep me posted & I’ll pass any updates along in another video. 😊
