Sealing bags like this will extend shelf life

Hello Jodi, i noticed you making a hand movement, right before you tape-seal the bag. You switch the hand which grips the top end of the bag before sealing it. Wouldn't it be more efficient in the long run to keep the top of the bag in your left hand and pull the bag through the sealer with the top of the bag pointing to your left instead of switching the hands? Maybe you need to reposition the Tapesealer for optimal workflow. Thank you for all the information you give away for free! Greetings from Germany
