Hi Tony. Your T8i does not have good Auto Focus at 4k resolution in case you were wondering why it struggles with focus and looks weird sometimes. You can research this if you don't believe me. If it were me I would return this camera and get a Canon R10 or a Sony Zve10. Those cameras focus very good at 4k. Just thought I'd let you know.
