No, it’s not about the money for the lawyer…he is going to make the rounds on public platforms to paint a narrative that will taint the jury pool so that when the trial starts a seed is already planted ….its never about what you did, it’s about can the prosecutor’s prove without a shadow of a doubt - and what does the 12 who are judging believe….OJ Simpson was a prime example…not saying he did it or didn’t do it but the deck was stacked against him…Johnny flipped the jury by proving that the cops were racist/had been racist in the past before the OJ trial…8 blacks and 2 Hispanics on the jury….the attorneys job is to start sowing doubt in the court of public opinion….
