Bo Nix threw a ball 59mph at the Combine. That's plenty of arm for the NFL. Brees used to throw every pass exactly 52mph. The important thing for Payton is to get Nix some short-range receivers, plus an RB that loves screen passes. Give Nix a fleet of little Smurf WR's, he'll drive the league crazy.

I watched this live. This interview was the most insightful to what was going on in the draft. I saw some rumors that all the QB hungry teams were trying to trade up for Penix but he basically says no one expected the Falcons to do that and the Vikings, Raiders, and Broncos all had a sort of understanding if they all stay pat they will all get their guys. But the falcons stole the Raiders guy and the panic started for all the teams. Smart on the Broncos to stay still and trust Nix would fall to them.
