I know he had such a small sample size, but I think Bo Jackson did enough to be voted into the HOF. Even if he goes in as a special contributor. He and Dieon Sanders...maybe Randy Moss, the greatest athletes I have ever seen in the NFL and they all maximized their talents and had many great moments and great games.

The difference between Bo Jackson and Deion Sanders and Randy Moss, is Sanders and Moss actually were able to play long enough to put up Hall of Fame numbers and have Hall of Fame Careers. Bo unfortunately did not. I truly believe that if Bo dedicated himself to football, and never had that career altering hip injury, he would have had a Hall of Fame career most likely. But that’s not how it unfolded. All-time great athlete. No way can a serious case be made that he did enough to go into the NFL Hall of Fame.

With Stroud, go back to the start of last season…who gave them any shot at the playoffs? Nobody except maybe Grandma Stroud. Well, largely, this is that same team and the borderline guys are not having career years again, while the league’s DCs have 2 dozen games of tape on him to dissect. He’ll be fine once he gets a solid O Line.

So 1 bad loss early in the season and another bad loss to a division opponent, makes them not elite? So let’s just forget about them beating the brakes off of Buffalo when Buffalo was undefeated, or beating the Commanders or beating the crap out of Denver, all 3 teams of which may make the playoffs this season, because they lost to the Raiders and the Browns? Seriously?

Ravens defense in Those 6 playoff games gave up an avg of 18 pts per game.
