I always laugh at these because most Americans, and I am American, have never had chicken feet, nor see it as something to eat. I know parts of the South barbecue it, but outside of them it's usually people of a diaspora. I grew up eating chicken feet. The only reason I don't like it today is because I had too much of it as a child. I'd still eat it if it's done well; and they're good for homemade chicken broth. Chicken feet isn't the only food I've eaten that most Americans would balk at that I grew up on. Goat meat is one, and pig tails are another which are usually salt cured and cooked afterward. Absolutely delicious. Asians love a guy like me when I come around. Koreans included. Lol Happy New Year to you and the Shmo. Here's to another year of fresh chicken feet for all.
