can someone explain how the leader skills work on 2 v 2 , do you get your teamate leader on your team and does same leader stack ?

You get your teammate’s leader skill effect as well. Same leader skills do not stack, and if there’s a difference, the higher one will be applied (e.g., 33% and 24% spd lead)
