I honestly have switched back and forth between rebel and ergo and I almost feel like the ergo is superior. My lineup was 2 rebels, ergo, babyliss boost. I sold one rebel, was planning on selling the boost also to pay for the new instinct but I think I might just buy another ergo and keep a stretch/faper and click/taper and run that. This is the first video where the instinct looked like it wasn’t miles ahead of what’s already out. Not worth $240 at least 🤷🏽‍♂️ Dope cut as usual tho 👊🏽

I don’t have any issues with the rebel but the instinct vector motor is made to up rpm’s for bulk. Haven’t found it any better than the rebel though

You can make it a floating lever I believe

Don't know about the goblin but I own the stinger and saber. My stinger (magnetic) is basically now the same as the instinct minus the torque boost because I had to buy the xpro blade. Original caliber blade...is not where it's at. Even so I'd still go with the saber.

Appreciate the detailed reviews so much. Clippers are so expensive and I’m going 15-20 heads a day, so I need consistency over everything tbh. I currently use the Babyliss silver fx clipper and and trimmer. I LOVE the trimmer but the clippers get blocked up with hair wayyyy to easy and big down, causing me to have to thoroughly clean them too many times in a day; it drives me nuts. I just ordered these and I’m praying that they’re gonna be exactly what I need. I’m gonna stick with my Babyliss trimmers for now because I don’t have any issues with them other than the common getting hot issue, but a cool care on the station really solves that 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm hoping one you fine men can help a brother out... lol So I've been using the Andis T-outiner for for like 10 years now as I'm basically bald so I use it to shave my head because I don't like shaving it with an actual razor. I use the Andis T-outliner, then go over it again with the Andis foiler to get as close to scalp as possible. I've been having problems with the Andis T-outliner lately as it's just not hitting. Tried changing the blades, adjusting tension screw, yada...yada...yada. I've finally decided get with times and try something new. Looking for the best trimmer in terms of how close it will shave to bald me up, and low maintenance. I don't care how it looks, feels, how loud it is, or how long it's holds a charge. Don't care even care if it's cordless or not, as it's just for personal use. Can anyone help? lol I'll pay 500 bucks if I get like decent use out of it, and it shaves super close. P.S, I usually only shave my head about once a week but I have very fine hair if that matters...lol.

I know this video is a year old but maybe you will see my question. I ordered this clipper and trimmer a few months ago. I’m a hairdresser that’s doing a lot more men’s hc’s. So. Not as familiar with the ends and outs of the clipper world. Tonight I ask my husband to trim my neck with the trimmers. I can’t even tell you how badly it felt.( no one has complained) skip forward 4 hours and I now have whelps on my neck. No. My husband didnt didn’t do anything weird. Had to come back Sean and say I bought them clipper instincts. And i love them. Only problem i have is one., mine get wayyyy to hot! Warm within a minute or 2 and after that went down hill HOT. I cannot fade and then blend with guards as it gets stupid hot. Other than that they are hitters

Make sure they’re oiled to reduce the amount of friction. May still get hot but maybe it will help.
